Diesel-Specific Coil Springs and Heavy-Duty Radius Arms
Up front, the BDS system includes dual-rate Pro-Ride coil springs tuned specifically for diesel engines. These springs deliver consistent ride quality across rough and uneven terrain. Reinforced tubular steel radius arms are included to correct caster and preserve alignment while improving overall suspension articulation and ground clearance. These arms are stronger than stock and built to perform in demanding conditions.
Complete Steering and Suspension Geometry Correction
To preserve handling and drivability after lifting, the kit includes a forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket to re-center the axle and maintain proper steering angles. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line extensions, and precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks round out the front-end geometry package—ensuring responsive handling on or off the road.
Rear Lift System with Heavy-Duty Components
In the rear, this system uses high-strength fabricated steel lift blocks paired with extended U-bolts and brake line relocation brackets. A matched set of NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks ensures your suspension performs just as well under payload as it does unloaded. Both shock options are specifically valved for Super Duty applications to minimize fade and maximize control.

Important Installation Notes
- Clearance for 37 x 12.50 tires with wheels sized: 17x9, 18x9, or 20x9 with 5" backspacing
- Not compatible with trucks equipped with radius arm-mounted ride height sensors
- Ford recommends replacing the pitman arm nut after removal
- Use a small pitman arm puller for drag link and stabilizer removal
- Carrier bearing drop kit (BDS123402) may be needed for 2-piece rear driveshafts
- Tremor models will not net full advertised lift—final height will match standard models
- Stock wheels with larger tires may cause clearance issues with radius arms and sway bars
- Installation requires torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs
- Trucks without top-mounted overload springs will require (4) UBT4028 U-bolts
