Front-End Components Built for Strength & Compliance
The kit includes multipiece differential relocation brackets, CV spacers, and brake line brackets to maintain driveline angles and component longevity. Steering geometry is corrected using high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, ensuring proper alignment and full compatibility with Electronic Stability Control (ESC) systems. BDS replacement tie rod ends and sway bar drops help maintain precise steering and predictable handling.
Rear Lift System and Shock Options
In the rear, the system lifts and levels using heavy-duty fabricated lift blocks that replace factory blocks, preserving payload capacity and ride comfort. Extended U-bolts and brake line brackets are included. Choose between BDS NX2 Nitro shocks or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, each tuned for terrain adaptability and consistent damping.

Important Installation Notes
- Frame bracket modification required during installation
- Stock 17-18" wheels cannot be reused due to tie rod interference; 20" stock wheels are compatible
- 17" wheels with 4.5" backspacing should be test fit for clearance
- Aftermarket wheels should be test fit for caliper clearance before tire mounting
- Coilover variants may net closer to 6.5" lift
- 2.7L engines should use diesel-specific skid plate kits
- Not compatible with trucks featuring monoleaf rear suspension
