See the 2021 Ford Bronco Prototype on the Highway! Here Is How It Compares against the Jeep Wrangler and Land Rover Defender

Here we have the closest and clearest spy images and video of the upcoming 2021 Ford Bronco prototype on the highway and in town. This brings up new information about the upcoming 4×4 SUV, although official specs are not yet unveiled.
Since Ford has not released official specs, we can see how the some of the competition stacks up against the upcoming Bronco. Bronco will no doubt compete directly against the Jeep Wrangler, while some luxury versions of the Bronco may also cross over into the higher price category of the new Land Rover Defender.

The 2021 Bronco prototype is a body-on-frame SUV. The prototype has a solid rear axle with a coil spring suspension, and an independent front suspension.

prototype interior
This interior spy image shows a roll-cage structure inside of the prototype. We are not sure whether a production version will use a similar configuration, but all rumors point to the 2021 Bronco having a removable top and removable doors.
The Bronco prototype has what appear to be a front-mounted radar in the lower bumper, and a windshield-mounted front-facing camera. We expect the new Bronco to have Ford’s latest driver assistance technology package CoPilot-360.
