It is already the most powerful truck in America in terms of horsepower and torque, but of course, some gearheads out there couldn’t help but modify it to make it even more beastly. Some people always want to push their pickups to the absolute limit!

15 2017 Ford F-450 “Alpha Dually”

Josh Burnett from Texas considers pickup trucks a part of his daily life, and he’s modified one of the most awesome ones out there. It has a 20-inch lift kit, making it look like an absolute monster, and he got it fitted with 28-inch American Force wheels, the first time this was ever done on a Ford F-450!

14 8-Door F-450

This is the world’s very first 8-door Ford F-450. This blue pickup modified by Advanced Audio Concepts in Florida sits on massive 28-inch chrome wheels, and this stretched out dually beast is like nothing we’ve ever seen before. 13 Cortez Tires F-450 Dually

Modified by Cortez Tires in California, this F-450 Dually sits on 22-inch American Force wheels and has been given the six-inch lift kit treatment. Undoubtedly, this is one badass truck. It perfectly embodies the popular Ford motto – “Built Ford Tough.” Whoever ended up owning it is one lucky man!

12 U.S. Specialty Vehicles Ford F-450 “Rhino GX”

The Ford F-450 “Rhino GX” by U.S. Specialty Vehicles comes with designer premium leather and luxury power seats, with high-quality material throughout the luxurious looking cabin, like on the steering. So much time was spent customizing this one and it has an amazing blend of ruggedness and luxury; it's so awesome that it appeared in K&N’s 2017 calendar!

11 Lightning F-450 By Heavy D

Heavy D and the good folks over at Sparks Motors customized this beast, fitting it with a 6.5-inch 2017 Super Duty Lift Kit and 24-inch tires. Also, it features design benders by DBL Design as well as a honey badge front bumper by Add Off Road. The Diesel Brothers did a number on this one!

10 2017 Ford F-450 Crew Cab Western Hauler

If you’re looking for a truck to haul a massive horse trailer, it would be difficult to find something more suitable than this 2017 Ford F-450 Crew Cab Western Hauler. It has a towing capacity of 925 ft lb, so it can pretty much pull anything with authority. It comes equipped with a massive 6.7-liter Turbo Diesel engine and six-speed automatic transmission.

9 Kelderman 2020 Ford F-450 Limited

This black and orange 2020 Ford F-450 Limited is the most modern modification included on our list. For this one, the good folks at Kelderman fitted their F-450 with a 5.6-inch lift kit by 4-link design, custom headlights, alpha series bumpers, and 37-inch Toyo tires. This one is guaranteed to be the king of the road wherever it goes!

8 2014 Ford F-450 Black Ops By Tuscany

The custom 2014 Ford F-450 Black Ops by Tuscany features a custom-made grille by Tuscany, one of our favorite aspects of its design. You could haul a boat with this thing – that’s how powerful it is! It has been fitted with 17-inch Ultra Motorsport wheels, and the interior has been completely blacked out. That’s one mean, mighty machine!

7 Deberti Design Ford F-450

This massive beast on 37-inch tires by Deberti Design featured at SEMA 2019, and it was by far the most intimidating truck out there. This Super Duty Platinum Crew Cab been fitted with a Kelderman air ride suspension and features many LED lights, as well as 22-inch wheels by American Force.

6 Hurst Autoplex 2017 Ford F-450 King Ranch

This Ford F-450 was once listed on Autotrader for a price of $128,981. It features a custom air lift kit by Kelderman as well as 22-inch wheels. This massive custom truck measures 207 square feet, and to put it into perspective, that’s bigger than some hotel rooms! We’re sure nobody wants to get too close to this one on the road.

Tiger Garcia took this 2016 Ford F-450 to heights we previously never even imagined. According to the owner of Go Big Truck Performance, “our goal was to build a truck that you wouldn’t typically run across on your daily commute.” It comes with an 8-inch lift kit and some improvements have been made to the Turbocharged 6.7-liter engine.

3 Tesla-Powered Ford F-450

This is not only the first Tesla-powered Ford F-450, but also the first Tesla-powered truck ever! The modifications have been made by Yes Tesla, who documented the whole experience and showcased it on their YouTube page. A unique battery pack had to be developed to fit in the engine mount. This has to be the craziest and most high-tech modification on this list!

2 Ultimate Pickup Tuning 2015 Ford F-450 Platinum

This 2015 Ford F-450 Platinum modified by Ultimate Pickup Tuning looks more like a monster truck than a pickup truck! Its engine has been modified with custom intake and intercooler piping by Barret Wygant. The interior is just as awesome, with high quality materials such as Roadwire leather interior and blue diamond stitching.

1 Kelderman 2018 Ford F-450

To finish off our list, we’ve included yet another amazing Ford F-450 modification by the good folks at Kelderman. This ruby red-colored truck is simply gorgeous. It sits on 22-inch matte black custom painted wheels with ruby red accents, custom-painted monster hooks, as well as a 5.6-inch air suspension lift.
