These Jeep Gladiator XMT Concept Trucks by AM General are Battlefield Ready
These special models are not for civilian consumption.
Jeep Gladiator XMT (by AM General)
AM General and Jeep are working together again on this Gladiator XMT concept trucks for the U.S. military.
It’s referenced as an “extreme military-grade” truck. These trucks could be used a mobile radio/communication station or a troop carrier.
The XMT concept trucks you see here have modified suspension, heavy duty wheels, and larger than stock off-road tires. Some other changes include special seats and a very strong and mean looking from bumper and grille protector.
The two images provided here do not show any top mounted hooks to allow these Jeep trucks to be picked up by cables via a helicopter or crane. The images caption says the images are illustrations, and the actual military vehicles may look different.
